do AquaSoles shoe insoles feel like?
The massaging shoe insoles might feel strange the
first time you wear them in your shoes. If they didn't
feel different, then they wouldn't be different from
ordinary shoe insoles. The feeling has been described as

At first, you may only want to wear them a few hours
and gradually work up to all day. Soon, you will want

How do you size them?
AquaSoles Massaging Insoles can be trimmed at the toe
area to prevent crowding at the heel. Do not trim the
width. If the insoles are too wide for your shoes, you
may need to go to the next size down.

is the liquid in the shoe insoles?
It is a special formula, non-toxic, FDA-approved
glycerin.
