Can I wear my AquaSoles all day long?

At first, you may only want to wear them a few hours and gradually work up to all day. Soon, you will want them in all your shoes.

What size AquaSoles do I need?

AquaSoles are sold by shoe size. Check your shoe size on the Insole size chart to determine what AquaSoles size you need. The insoles may be trimmed if necessary, but ONLY on the toe. DO NOT trim the sides or the heels or you will cut into bladder, and ruin your insoles.

What is the liquid in the shoe insoles?

It is a special formula, non-toxic, FDA-approved glycerin.

How do you know which shoe insole fits in which shoe?

There is no right or left insole; either side of the velvet layers may rest against the shoe.

What kind of shoes can I wear them in?

The insoles are perfect for use in any flat, dress or casual shoe.
